Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We always strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date you received your order.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Helmets

  • Cycling gloves

  • Protective guards

  • Undergarment-type cycling wear (e.g., padded shorts)
    Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure the correct size and color.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos showing the problem (e.g., defect or wrong item).

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed shipping instructions.

  4. Ensure the item is properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping.


4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, size, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer will bear the shipping cost.


5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for purchase (e.g., credit card, online banking, etc.).

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment without penalty. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may instead initiate a return after receiving the item.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspicious activity. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.


7. Important Notes

  • Returned items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We are not responsible for any item lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Returns must be sent only to the authorized return address provided by our team.
