1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Non-Returnable Items

Undergarment-type cycling wear (e.g., padded shorts)
Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure the correct size and color.
3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed shipping instructions.

Ensure the item is properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, size, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer will bear the shipping cost.
5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for purchase (e.g., credit card, online banking, etc.).

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment without penalty. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may instead initiate a return after receiving the item.
