Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.


2. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Cycling gloves

  • Helmets

  • Protective guards

  • Undergarment-type cycling wear

Please check the size guide and product details carefully before confirming your order.


3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or wrong item.

  3. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions for exchange.

  4. Please ensure that the returned item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.


4. Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong item, size, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the exchange is due to a change of mind or size preference, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping fees.


5. Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your returned item, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
We will notify you via email once the new item has been shipped.


6. Stock Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit for future purchases.
