Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Duration

Once processed, delivery usually takes:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier schedules, location, or weather conditions.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Foldable bicycles and larger items may incur additional delivery charges due to packaging and handling requirements.

  • Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly stated during checkout.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this number to check the delivery status on the courier’s official tracking page.


5. Delivery Policy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate before confirming your order.

  • Delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • If delivery fails, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions.


6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify our Customer Service within 48 hours.
Kindly provide photos and your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
